All proceeds go towards the helping the family pay ongoing fees related to their legal battle to stay in the country. The Chaudhry family is a Pakistani family of five living in Halifax, who is fighting a deportation order to Pakistan. They fled Pakistan after facing death threats and violence when their marriage was not approved by family members, and have built a home for themselves in Halifax. Their three young children have never been to Pakistan, and consider Canada home.
